Insurance and Payment Information
We require that services be paid in full on the day received, unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. Mercy Family Care works closely with several insurance carriers, so we can bill these carriers for you. However, any co-pay, deductible, or co-insurance amount must be paid on the date of service. Arrangements can be made for special circumstances. You will be expected to present your insurance card at each visit.
